What the investor gets:
The investor obtains up to 18% annual yield on his/her funds in USD with registered real estate as a guarantee. Also, operations can be constituted in EUROS, with up to 14% annual yield.
What we do:
We offer investors an interesting investment option which can yield up to 18% USD annual interest on real estate based private loans. The operations are subject to up to 5% broker closing fees.
The real estate properties delivered to secure these loans are placed in a trust, in favor of the investor. Then the trust and debt are formally registered in the countries National Property Registry.
Loan to value must be maximum 40%, assuring an easy asset sell process in case of default.
In the other hand, we provide funds to developers who need short term funds to finish a potentially profitable project, on a quick and easy procedure.
